On tap at Bevog Who Cares Festival, 2016. Pours dark brown with small brownish head. Roasted malts, dark chocolate, licorice, bit boozy, warming, rough around the edges. Sweet, some bitterness in finish. Soft carbonation, full bodied.

On tap at Who Cares for Beer 2016 Beer Festival, Bevog Brewery, Bad Radkersburg, Austria. Shared with His Highness Kaiser und König Igor and Rasta Teacher Mark. Black with reddish tint, tiny brown head. Dry fruits, forrest fruit jam, prunes, roasty. Heavy sweetness turning to roasty dryness. Medium body, oily texture, dry finish. Quite good.

0,1l from tap at Bevog Festival shared by iznogud. almost black color, small coffee-colored head. smells of coffee, dill, nutty, herbal, some licorice. bit weird smell, not totally convincing. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of coffee, bit pukeish, bitter herbs, light veggies, some licorice. finishes lightly roasty with notes of licorice and some bitter herbal notes. not a big fan of this one quite unbalanced, also tastes a bit oldish.

Bottle from Birrivico, Como
Pitch black color with generous brown head. A rich dark chocolate beer, full bodied with liquorice, and moderate sweetness. Excellent.
