getrunken beim Ottakringer Bierfest im Sommer 2021 Ein IPA, das mit Uhudlertrauben gebraut wurde und in Richtung fruchtiges Sauerbier geht. Als solches ist es an einem warme Sommerabend natürlich wirklich gut zu trinken. Allerdings ist es mir zu bitter und die Hybridform von IPA und Sauerbier ist nicht allzu harmonisch.

0,3l from tap at Ottakringer Braukulturwochen. Orange hazy colour, small white head. smells of berries, light fruity, light herbs. decent smell. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of berry notes, light fruity, herbal, light sweetness, some grapefruit. finishes lightly bitter with notes of grapefruit, light berry notes and herbal. overall decent, but not overly special. Definitly does not taste like 6.3%.
