Butelka 0.5l (01.10.2016).

0,5l bottle at home. BB 06.09.2016. yellow quite hazy / light cloudy color, small white head. smells of spices, coriander, lime, yeasty, nicely citric, nice & fresh smell. light body, rather bubbly carbonation, light mouthfeel. tastes citric, rather spicy, peppery, coriander again, yeasty, light bread. has a rather short finish with notes of coriander, spices and lightly citric. quite nice beer, just the finish could be a bit better, but overall nice & refreshing.

500ml bottle. Murky, yellow-ish brass colour with average, frothy, hlaf-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, wheaty and spicy aroma, Notes of apple, pear and banana, peppery spicy yeasty and grassy-spicy hoppy overtones, a weak touch of mandarine and white pepper, coriander. Taste is initially moderately sweet wheat malty, hints of banana, a touch of orange, gets a grassy and citrusy hop kick an nearly explodes in combination with coriander and orange peel notes, leading to a minimally tart, spicy and bitter finish. Heftily spiced but not overdone, superbly balanced. Should be a shrine for the coriander and orange peel pairing votary to pilgrim to.
