Ursa Major Winery and Creek & Gully Cider did an amazing collab called “Stay Golden”, a true expression of local fruit. Not to be left out, we asked if we could snag the pomace once the juice had been extracted. Thankfully, they turned their backs and we were able to run off with enough grape/apple pomace to add to one of our barrels of mature sour beer. The result led us to a beer high in acidity but opens up to tangy apple and Riesling notes. Now, we’re one of the Cool Kids.

Cloudy gold with no head. Soured apple and white grape. Super sour white grape and a touch of yellow apple.
