Re-rate: Poured from 355mL can (pkg May 28, 2021). Clear-ish gold with full white head. A fair bit of spicy Belgian yeast, mild alcohol finish. I think the 2 months of aging actually helped this beer. First rate (June 27, 2021) - 7/3/7/3/13=3.3 Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Banana and some clean wheat, mild spice.

Pale blond colour, hazy to cloudy. Nice Belgian yeast aroma, spices, a bit of funk. Good body, fair amount of residual sugar; I like the bready malt base and the mild spicy yeast, very light fruitiness too; the bitterness is balanced.
Pleasant.

12oz on Alex's porch. Appearance: a vit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: Belgian yeasts produced phenols with some malty character and a bit dirty notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: not a good representation of the style 😕

On tap at Studio, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a nice spicy yeast profile, subtle esters, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is very clean and bright, utilizing the yeast quite nicely, with spicy Belgian yeast, low-to-medium sweetness from the esters, and crisp biscuity malt. Very drinkable and well-balanced, though not terribly complex. The esters creep up a bit more on the finish. Good stuff.

Great foam on a clear light orange body, no visible carbonation. Smells of nice banana, slightly sweet, soft grain notes. Taste is chewy banana with wheat notes. Finishes smooth with lingering grain and slight bitterness I'm not sold on. Still clean and well crafted.
