This beer is a thirst-quenching show-stopper! A bright afternoon delight, this is a crisp apple sour, lightly sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon and a wee drop of french vanilla. Refreshing and indulgent.

330ml can from Farmers Bar, Puchong, Malaysia. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived fizzy white head and a few initial bubbles. The aroma is apple and light spices. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet and sour, with a crisp, tart apple, sweet vanilla pastry, light cinnamon spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation that really didn’t last. Within just a few minutes the beer was totally lifeless. This is really all over the place. It’s drinkable on a hot summer afternoon but give me a sour beer or a sweet beer but this mix wasn’t appealing and seemed totally fake. Where is the brewing skill in simply adding adjuncts?
