Bottle [Oogst 2022 Lambiek] shared at "ZZT nieuw leven in blazen"-tasting. Dark red-purple color, small off-white head. Smell and taste are moderately sourish, pleasant red fruit, cherries, sour dominant, but also fruity sweetish notes in the background. Nicely balanced. Very nice.

Bottle from Superbest. Clear deep red without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, cherries, leather, barnyard and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and very acidic. Dry and very acidic finish. 300525

375ml bottle. Opalescent, ruby colour with average, frothy, diminishing, pink-ish, off-white head. Intense, earthy, funky and fruity aroma, notes of cherry, black cherry, some leather, a touch of black pepper, vinous fruitiness. Taste is tart, slightly earthy, funky and fruity, notes of morello, cherry, some leather, fruit acid, dark grass, black pepper, slightly vinous fruitiness.
Watery texture, astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Very nice and intense aroma, but taste is too tart, a tad coarse, not easily digestible - too edgy for my liking.

Bottle from Bottega Volo. Dark purple/mahogany pour, with a small off white head. Aroma is tart/sour cherries, sharp lemon, funky vinegar, and some wet grass. Mouth feel is bright, crisp, and lively. Finish is acidic, and sharp. Incredibly tart, and funky, bright kriek throughout.

Bottle shared by JK, thanks! Pours a near clear red with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sour cherry with some oak and a light funkiness underlying. Flavor has sour cherry with light acid, some funk and a bit of oakiness backing.

Forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra romjulstreff i Jæren Fråholdslag. Vi er forbi slutten på det offisielle programmet og har nå gått løs på ekstranumrene, her en 0,375 flaske fra Brynes ikke helt hemmelige lager: lett uklar kirsebærrød med kort skum. Sure kirsebær og stram citrus, litt vanilje. Tørr og ganerensende.

Bottle @ Belgium. 37,5cl corked. Pours hazy deep reddish with a pink head. Deep and intense cherry. A bit of Stone and Minerals. Acidic and tart with a slight burn. Bone dry and crisp.
