Bottle @ Belgium. 37,5cl corked. Pours hazy deep reddish with a pink head. Deep and intense cherry. A bit of Stone and Minerals. Acidic and tart with a slight burn. Bone dry and crisp.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, dried cherries, oak, grass, berry skin, leafs, mild vinegar, sour cherries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour cherries, oak, mild vinegar, grass, fruit salt, berry skin, citrus, leafs, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale burgundy colour, rich pink head. Citric nose with mild funk and lots of balsamic sour cherries. Tart and mildly citric with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel, prickly carbonation. Sour cherries, mild horseblanket. Marked cherry stone bitterness.

Bottle shared with the missus. Onsite at Boerenerf. Misted deep red with a pale pink foam that lasts remarkably well. Big cherry stone, almond vibe first off. Some lemony notes. Oak. Semi sweet cherry juice. Tart and puckering although it stays on the right side of acidic. Light cherry sweetness. Clean and lightly drying. Light tart juicy finish. Never a favourite style but this was an easy drinker.

Sample (Oogst 2022, thanks fonefan!). Ruby red colour, mediumsized pinkish red colour. Aroma is cherries, some tart wood, mild acidity and some leafy tones. Flavour is nicely cherries, some tart wood, mild acidity and quite bretty tones.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber mahogany with a small white head. Nose brings out tart, dark pitted cherries, gentle funk, and deep earthiness. Flavour is very sharp, with lots of acetone, sulcus galore, tart dark cherries, some wood, and balsamic. There's a fair bit of acetone and slight here; though the cherries come through OK, the funk is buried, and there's too much acetone and soil-like earthiness here. I'm surprised at the high ratings thus far. This is a big miss for me.
