De twee krieken zijn afkomstig van twee Vlaamse fruittelers. Volledig fruit, gegist en geript op eiken vaten. Zorgvuldig gemengde met lambiek gebrouwen van oude lokale graansoorten. Tarwe bijdrage van eigen erf. Wild en spontaan natuurbier.

0,375l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. Bottled 17.01.2021. deep reddish hazy color, small pink head. smells of cherries, oak, marzipan, bit lactic, funky. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of cherries, funk, oak, nutty, marzipan, peppery, tannins, some wine / grape notes, bit lactic. finshes dry and medium sour with notes of tannins, grape notes and some lactic notes. nice one, somehow this has lots of tannins and is rather prominent with grape notes (wine barrel?). cherries are there, but more in a subtle marzipanish way. good stuff overall, very interesting.

Bottled 17-01-2021. I was curious about these people, so I'm happy I got to try one. Pretty solid Kriek. Nicely funky, bit dry and plenty of wood, but the cherries are clearly up front here. Nothing too sharp, just maybe could be more complex. In time.

🩸🪓”Profondo Rosso” (Quasi Viola) & wit schuim. Kneitertje zuur, volle muil kersen, maar ook iets van lak, bloed en marsepein. Vlezige textuur, stevig bakkie ellende. Mag nog wel wat gefinetuned worden wamijblief. De tandjes. Hanssens lust er pap van.

Bouteille 37.5cl @ Het Boerenerf. BB 09/11/2041.
Couleur profonde pourpre, col fin rosé finement pétillant.
Arôme est profond, ici le nez est en rappel de la Kriek Cantillon très fraiche mais avec un côté cerise encore plus marqué, c'est fort et subtile sur des éléments fins de boisé, fleuri, funk.
Palais est assez intense et ma rappelle de suite la Belgian Red de New Glarus voire la Intense Rood de 3F. Le caractère est marqué sur les cerises avec une douceur plaisante mais tranchée par une fine acidité de la cerise et un léger funk du lambic. Je suppose qu'ici on est sur du lambic jeune d'un an. Je retrouve une intensité du fruit avec en retrait une pointe de fraicheur de verger. Le tout est très jeune en bouteille, à voir comment cela va évoluer avec le temps.
