Taster from tap at Beer Culture Days, Vienna. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells spices, earthy, herbal. Nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes salty, spices, earthy, bit herbal, coriander, light tobacco. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of salt, spices and herbs. Nice one, good to drink and good style example

Am CBF lernte ich einen Braumeister aus Oldenburg kennen, welcher mir dieses Getränk als Vorzeige-Gose Leibziger Art anpries. So erfuhr ich wie ein solches zu schmecken hat: Relativ sauer und ziemlich salzig 🧂. Es erinnert fern an Trinkmolke. Dabei ist es aber sehr erfrischend und nicht zu süß, wobei die Säure trotzdem friedlich bleibt.
