Eine echt fränkische Spezialität die es nur in Bamberg und im Landkreis Bamberg gibt. Mit einem Stammwürzegehalt von 11,9 % ist es ein kernig schmeckendes Lager bei einem Alkoholgehalt von 4,8 %. Arm an Kohlensäure und unfiltriert ist es ausgesprochen süffig.

500ml Bottle - Hazy darkish amber with a foamy head. Biscuity malt, sultanas and hints of dried apricot in the aroma. Nutty and moderately sweet taste with walnuts, caramel, biscuity malt and dried fruit detected.

Bottle. Tap. Quite clear amber-ruby color with off-white head. Aroma is nutty, fruity, gummibears. Taste is nutty, gummibears, bready, quite dry, fruity aftertaste. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quite a good one!

Clear brown with little white head. Aroma is slight DMS, lots of herbs and some caramel malts. Taste is lots of bitter herbs, sour citrus juice. Spiky carbonation on the tongue, not so smooth. Still drinkable. Ok I guess.

Flasche gekauft bei Hopfen&Malz. Bernsteinfarben, klar. Aroma: Getreide Malz. Geschmack Brot, Malz, nussig, etwas Karamell, Geschmack wird nach Antrunk schwächer, wenig bitter. Kurzer Abgang.

Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Orangerot, trüb. Antrunk mit leichtem Karamel (Wiener Malz) und reichlich herb-fruchtigem Hopfen. Etwas zu rezent für ein Ungespundetes. Gut harzig-fruchtig-herber Abgang mit vollem Malz. - Gediegenes Kellerbier.

Hazy amber with a medium sized white head. Malty aroma with biscuit, breadcrust and a hint of porridge, some fruit and grassy hops. Sweetish malty flavour with herbal and grassy hops and a good bitter finish

Bottle from Bierzwerg web shop. Hazy golden color with small white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, toast. Taste, sweet malty, with hints of caramel, bitter hops. Long lasting bittersweet finish. Drinkable beer.

Herb-würziger Antrunk, weich. Wenig malzig, deutlicher getreidig, dazu leicht bitter. Die Getreidigkeit wird etwas stärker, das Bier bleibt aber mild hat mit dem Antrunk bereits seinen intensivsten Teil. Süffig, die Herbe ist noch länger vorhanden. Zum Ende kurz würziger. Nett. 10/9/9/7/8/9
