In our continued exploration of Farmstead® ales within various contexts and processes, we present a new beer: a lively, delicately tart, oak-aged ale with a malt bill comprised of 90% wheat and 10% barley, and hopped exclusively with hand-selected Hallertauer Blanc hops from Seitz Farm—our agricultural partner in Wolnzach, Germany. Bottle conditioning since early 2018, we have closely monitored its progress, anticipating its optimistic arc of development.

On tap at Tørst. Pours pale gold. Floral, white wine, herbal, tangerine, delicate minerally. Medium body. Fantastic.

Bottle, 750 ml at my bday Grande Tasting. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Nicely balanced, apples, some citrus, bit vinous, sourish, medium carbonation.

Bottle at the HF Meldrum Tasting. It pours lightly hazy pale yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, bright, gooseberry crumble, white grapes, wheat cracker, brioche, soft sweetness, icing sugar, greengage and sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, sherbet, minerality, greengage, fizzy cola bottles, gooseberry, white grape, sherbet, dib dab, bright, hay, straw, clean, light acidity and chalkiness with a drying finish. Medium body and light, fluffy carbonation. Crisp, tart, zingy and moreish.

Bottle shared at Jimmy's farewell party. Pours a slighty unclear straw gold with a full two fingers of white soapy head that lingers. Notes of lemon zest, pith, yogurt and dried honey. Palate shows notes of mineral, and a light creamy undertone from the oak. Smooth, crisp and clean. A beautiful beer.

375 ml bottle. Thanks Adam. Aroma is oak, wheat, citrus ( like lemon). Flavor is white wine, oak, soft saline, and a nice lemon tartness well after the sip. Great!

Bottle thanks to Jared. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is mineral, floral, lemon zest, wheat, oak. Thin body, citrus, wheat, mineral, delicate finish, enjoyed this.
