Tasting Notes: Chocolate Ganache - Bourbon Vanilla - Dobash Cake
Time flies when you're having fun! It's been over 2 years since we originally released this barrel aged variant of Sleepy Bear. This time around we doubled down and added more cacao nibs. We blended together select of Buffalo Trace Mash #1 and W.L. Weller that had Sleepy Bear hibernating in them for the past year. The end result is an incredible harmony of decadence. We're insanely happy with how this one turned out and can't wait to share it with you all!!

Can shared at Jimmy's farewell party. Pours a pitch black with a small brown head that lingers. Great bourbon notes on the nose with vanilla and coconut underneath. Dark chocolate, coconut and vanilla on the palate. Finishes up with lingering bourbon and oak. Good body.
