Initial mild notes of blueberry and melon on the nose but transforms to a well balanced hoppy bitter that finishes crisp in the light body. The lower ABV makes this crushable on a hot summer day. The beer recipe was designed and brewed by our apprentice brewer. Well done, look forward to seeing what else you can do.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Melon, orange, milk, caramel malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet melon/citrus, creamy caramel malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.
