(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Pours a clear, deep golden with a small, rough, white head. Clean, malty nose. Medium body with a fairly solid malt base and a dry, hoppy finish. Well crafted. 311007

(bottle, bought at Vogel´s Getränkemarkt, Forchheim) Clear, deep golden colour with a medium-sized, eggshell-coloured foamy head. Herbal hops aroma with a subtle citrus-fruity touch and moderately sweet cara-malt. Sweet and soft bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Solid, slightly strawy malty taste with a touch of cara-malt and a faint fruitiness; well-rounded slightly toasted malty and herbal hoppy finish. Pleasant.

Live at the Annafest. Foamy nice head, I can just see a bit of dark golden there. Earthy clayish and herbal aroma. Upmost malted body, really nice fruit notes (oranges, apples), elegant herbal hop balance - bloody hell they are good at this balance thing, the beer is flavorfull but remains easy drinkable - so we will just have another Mass wont we?

Bottle (from Vogel’s, Forchheim): Deep golden to light amber coloured, small, stable off-white head, visible carbonation; faint sweet-malty, caramelly nose with a delicate touch of alcohol; sweetish (alcoholic) flavour, medium to full bodied; again hints of alcohol in the sweetish-malty finish, balanced by a dryish spoonful of bitterness in the aftertaste. Not the worst brew, but a bit one-dimensional...........
