Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some slight tartish tones with mild wood and herbs. Flavour is slightly acidic, some floral and mild fruity tones with wood and some tartness too. More acidic than tart/sour.

[ As Jackdaw ”Enhörning” ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour, sweet malt, tart, light to moderate vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average duration, sweet malt, tart, acetic, berries - cloudberry, vinegar, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20210917]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget -- Hazy copper colour, small head. Vinegary nose with raspberries and rhubarb. Acetric with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar, raspberries and butter. Low bitterness. Puckering sour.
