Lille is a fusion of two of our favourite styles – the classic Belgian Tripel and the Double IPA. This beer takes the malt base of a Tripel (with all its bready notes), and has an accent derived from coriander seeds. We have then added in a whack of Northwest American hops to really pick up on the dried fruit notes, and add a whole lot of juice into the mix.
