Assemblage de lambic de un et deux ans d'âge avec du raisin Pineau d'Aunis en provenance du Domaine des Vins Contés en Val de Loire;
Bière au goût évolutif. Conservation à température de cave.
A consommer de préférence dans les 10 ans qui suivent la mise en bouteille.
Ingrédients: eau, froment, malt d'orge, houblon, raisins Pineau d'Aunis (300gr)

Bottle shared at annual Fryslân tasting. Reddish color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are lightly sourish, very balanced though, very fruity, sourish fruity, grapes, so refreshing. This is amazingly good. Perfectly balanced sour fruitiness. Awesome.

Tart, sour, acidic. Sour grapes, dry wood, basement funk. Very nice.

Ah this is the grape lambic I expect. Mostly dry funk but nice red wine sweetness.

Yesterday. Light refreshing grape character, some citrus and some filmjölk lacto-character. Minerals and light funk. Very nice and refreshing after the heavy framboos offerings we had just before.
