Draft at Sovereign. Murky ruby red, thin pinkish head. Nose of tart raspberry, some sherry notes, wet wood, dried wild herbs, funk. Before I hit the flavor, the mouthfeel is amazing. Its basically dry, only lightly tart but it's full and enveloping and long. Lasts in the mouth forever. Flavor has mixed berry and some dried cranberry or cherry. More straight up. Some sherry, light grasses. Woodsy but approachable. Really nice. Super easy drinker.

[2024 Vintage] On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas for the Olambic Games. Pours hazy red-orange with a white head. Tons of musty red wine grape skins on the nose. Flavour has musty grape skins, gentle tannins, lots of barnyard funk. Great funky grape lambic.

750mL bottle at the LC member party, Jan 2025.
Clear, brilliant gold. Reasonable amount of white head.
Fruity, fairly easygoing and with a good amount of Brett and mild grape sugar. Light oak, some crusty wheat and mild funk.
Clean and snappy with a sizeable body and deep texture. Brett and grape provide endless fruitiness while the acidity is controlled and never much more than a good tartness. Light oak, wheat, malt lingering.

From tap at Foeders, Amsterdam. Grapey aroma with tart red fruits, big barnyard funk (smelly cellar sweaty sock-shrooms). Oak, raspberry, red grape. Tart and sour, lightly sweetish. Medium body. Finishes a bit dry. Very good!

(Bottle, Cantillon Brewery, Brussels, 18 Oct 2024) Red colour with frothy, pink head. Fruity nose with notes of red grapes, oak wood, red-currant and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with red wine, red-currant, grapes, barnyard, lemon and a dry and tart finish. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Rich and tasty, with a fresh acidity and a generous grape character. Lovely beer!

Bottle shared at annual Fryslân tasting. Reddish color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are lightly sourish, very balanced though, very fruity, sourish fruity, grapes, so refreshing. This is amazingly good. Perfectly balanced sour fruitiness. Awesome.
