Clear, brilliant gold. Reasonable amount of white head.
Fruity, fairly easygoing and with a good amount of Brett and mild grape sugar. Light oak, some crusty wheat and mild funk.
Clean and snappy with a sizeable body and deep texture. Brett and grape provide endless fruitiness while the acidity is controlled and never much more than a good tartness. Light oak, wheat, malt lingering.

0,75l from bottle at the brewery. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grapes, tannins, tobacco. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grapes, tannins, tobacco, earthy, herbal. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of grapes, tannins and earthy notes
