Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost crystal clear yellow with a lacing, white head (some cork residue!) Lovely Brett aroma backed by a distinct wooden note. Light in body - but far from watery - agai with the dry wild yeast being clearly dominant with an underlying noble rot touch. Not overly sour, but very drinkable. I would call this a young, refreshing Lambic - very nice! 310821
