LCI. Two St Lam SbS (photo taken after I had drunk most of the 2024). Much purer and more depth of grape. Funk shines

0,75lbottle at home. 2020cork. Bottled 17.12.2020. purple color, small white head. Smells tannins, earthy, light horse radish, grapes, parfumy, berry notes. very nice smell once it warms. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, citric, lactic, bit sharp acidity, tannins, peppery, tanninic red wine. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of lactic notes, tannins and some red wine. not overly complex, bit heavy on the tannins, bit on the lactic side / volatile acids. rather acidic finish. good not great. => It gets better once warmer, added a few extra points. Overall quite good.

Sour, fruity, smooth. Rich red grapes, vinous, nice funk. Fruity sweetness but finishes dry. Excellent.
Gentle sourness, smooth, dry mouthfeel of the Merlot grapes, lovely stuff. 4.4

Paired with sous vide Swedish wagyu cross ribeye with buttertossed new potatoes in wilted bitter greens and sauce béarnaise. Deliciously fruity and amazing now but will be even better in 3-4 years as usual. Great stuff the spring back had 2 bottles.
