Thanks to quack-duck for the bottle! The bottle looks not so good, a little bit complex. The beer in the glass is okay. Starts mild, little sourish notes, the finish is dry and wheaty. Not my favourite.

Bügelverschlußflasche (vom Bodensee, Danke!): Hazy, pale golden, rapidly diminishing white loose head; solid citrousy, piney hops in the grainy nose, fruity and yeasty traces, too; solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; dry, a bit tart aromatic-hoppy finish. Good, but a bit unharmonic, the malt could be a bit more present........

bottle. Pale yellow with medium-sized head, hazy. Hoppy (100% Tettnang hops) with a solid malty base and a touch of fruit. Slightly yeasty as well. A well-balanced and very tasty Kellerbier.

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, pale golden coloured hue with micro particles and a medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty, aromatic citrus-fruity and slightly floral hoppy aroma. Bitter flavour, light bodied with a slightly fizzy carbonation. Soft malty and yeasty, herbal hops accented, slightly floral taste; dry and moderately yeasty and hop bitter finish. A bit rough but also likeable.

Bottle. Strong hops aroma with mild malt (Tettnanger Hops). Light yellow with small head. A very strong hops flavor up front - very unusual for a German beer- mild malt. Nice body. Besides Jever, one of the highest hops flavor of any German beer. Nicely blended - a real pleasure to drink.
