Purer Pils-Genuss aus der Region. Charakteristisch, aber nicht aufdringlich wirkt die für ein echtes Pils typische Bittere des ersten Bio-Bieres vom Bodensee. Natürlich aus biologischem Anbau, wird das Keller-Pils unfiltriert direkt aus dem Lagertank in Bügelflaschen gefüllt.

[5/5/14] Bottle at a public park in Berlin. Thanks Jacky! Hazy yellow with a white head. Nice aroma with floral, herbal and slightly citric hops and a bit of yeast. Flavor has some mild bready maltiness, a bit of yeast, slightly vegetal, some graininess and nice herbal hops bitterness. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Trübes gelbes Zwickel mit geringem Schaum. Geruch hopfig grasig, Geschmack angenehm herb, minimal säuerlich, süffig.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, some floral notes and mild herbs. Flavour is rather grassy hops along with some slight bready and floral notes, Pleasant and refreshing,

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy straw colour, rich firm head - looks delicious. Mild floral, hay-likes hops combine with doughy malt up front. Dryish with light-medium body and soft mouthfeel. Floral, almost candyish hops play a significant part, but is well supported by gentle bready malt. Growing lingering bitterness in the finish. A near perfect summer beer!

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home.Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, pale male, agner, minerals, light to light moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, dusty, agner, dry grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130306]

Kolejny dobry przyklad niefiltrowanego lagera czyli kellerbier. Piwo dojrzewa w beczkach debowych, Metne i zlociste. Za sprawa ekologicznych surowcow piwo jest wyraziste i bardzo orzezwiajace. Nuty cytrusowe. Bardzo tresciwe. Elegandzka krachlowa butelka i pelne moje zadowolenie z tej degustacji.

Bottle @ Ambrosetti, Berlin. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Lots of grassy hops, yeast and bread-crust. Smooth, dry and hoppy. For a bottled German beer this is really really good. :-)

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with huge, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, frothy to macropore head. Very fresh hoppy aroma has grassy, strawy notes. Taste is considerably dry, grassy hoppy, some hay, chlorophyll, essential oil. Fresh, raw, hoppy.

Cycled to Tettnang from Nr Kressbonn, Lake Bodenessee, Germany and had this sat outside a cafe whilst waiting for the brewpub to open Pours straw to gold in colour with large foamy white head that stuck to the glass. Very hoppy nose, clean fresh hops that were quite lovely. Taste is wonderful its a good solid pils like beer, Loz got some lemony flavours, but we both got bags of hops, nice bitterness, very tasty stuff. Probably going to be my favourite German beer of this holiday, and wish that I’d have purchased some to bring home with me. A8 A5 F8 P4 Ov16 4.1
