BTBの初IPAのSouthern Expedition IPAのレシピをベースにして、よりダンクでトロピカルなIPAができました。メインホップはStrata。苦味とアルコール度数を調整しドリンカビリティも追求。ビールの名前はかつて気仙沼の金山で採掘された”怪物金”よりご拝借。

Big mango aroma. Nice fruity taste with the tropical stuff. Solid bitterness. Nice stuff!
