Süffiger, leicht süßer Beginn. Zunehmende Herbe, leicht würzig, etwas getreidig. Spritzig, konstante Aromatik, OK wenn auch unspannend. 9/8/9/9//9

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is light yeast, earthy. Slightly metallic, light cooked corn. Watery mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Not great.

As PostBier Zwickel-Bier with 5,2% alc. Bottle 50cl. Hazy straw-golden yellow, large and creamy white head. Hoppy nose. Light- to medium-bodied, malty with a grainy-doughy touch.

2l-bottle, only available and therefore bought at the brewery. Hazy golden yellow, large and creamy white head. Hoppy nose. Medium- to full-bodied with a very pleasant hoppy character. Aromatic and bitter hops well combined with a sweet-ish malty background and a touch of fruit and a pleasant yeastyness. Highly quaffable, the 2l-bottle shared between three people disappeared very quickly.
