I’ve got a 12 oz bottle from the close-by HEB saying bb 8/31/22. Okay. Catching the pour inside of a tulip glass this evening, let’s proceed. I see a fully transparent, yellow-gold body with a bare cover of white foam. The smell, a nice yellow fruit, pine and grain. The drink, well, it’s pleasant. White bread, apricots, melon, a caramel sweetness, a bit of hoppiness and field. Decently bitter. Real Ale continues to be one of my favorite Texas breweries.

Clear gold with a small white head. Citrus, apricot and a touch of rind. Much like the nose with no boozy notes. Decent.

On tap at Whip In. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has light pine and citrus rind with some grass and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has has dank citrus and earthy sweet grains with a bit of grass supporting.
