Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 8.5
Pours with good foam and stormy carbonation, cloudy yellow-orange body. Really good rustic apple on the nose, hints of muddled peach, soft barn funk. Taste is sharp apple, light from the strong carbonation, more chewy apple funk and residual bitterness. Everything is working extremely well here.
