With delicious and exotic ingredients like ancho and pasilla chilis, cinnamon, coco nibs from Maverick Chocolate Co., coffee and lactose, this golden imperial stout is a little sweet and a little stout in all the right places

Pepper, berry, caramel malt, and hay aroma. Amber with small head. Very sweet lemon-lime, hot pepper, caramel malt, and lightly bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance - very little heat.

Sample at the Draft Room during Sunday Family Funday on 01/26/2020. Slightly hazy copper color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of malt, chili pepper, chocolate and cinnamon. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, chili peppers, cinnamon and coffee. The finish is sweet and peppery with a Mexican cake aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
