Towering, very dense and stable head over hazy golden beer. Green leaves, quite spicy malts, peppery, bit grassy. Sweetish to sweet, if not in a malty way. More like sweet vegetables ( scorza nera, celeri,...) and a faint bitterness in the finish. Gradually, a bit earthy. Light body, some protein filling, low to medium carbonation after initial high build-up. Better than the sum of its parts. Thanks to Stef!
