Medium, fast gone cream head over dark brown, reddish shot beer. I Jap /I , liquorice, dark malts, wood, mild roast. Way more dry in the mouth, with even a bit ashy flavour, even tobacco not far off. Hints at cookies with black chocolate. Medium bodied at best, good carbonation. Surprisingly good, "zoethout" made me fear the worst, but this turns out to be one of the best try outs of Het Gansje!
