On tap at Sin É, Cork. Clear golden, small lasting off-white head. Banana in the aroma, hints of spice, chives and malt. Grainy flavour, soft bready texture, soft spices, hints of banana. Softly creamy, light to medium body, moderate carbonation, dry finish with a tart note.
