Amber to cognac colour, small off-white head. Lean toasty and caramely aroma. Toasty, earthy, lightly hoppy and lightly bitter taste. Medium body, creamy texture, slightly cloying, soft carbonation, dry finish.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, hops and malt. Light bitter finish.

Draught at Arthur Maynes Donnybrook. Copper red with a creamy head. Aroma of lemonade malt. Flavour is creamy malt, red berry Irish Ale finish.
