A taster at the Rising Sons Brewery, Cork. Clear amber, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, fruity, stone fruit, earthy and light herbal notes. Fruity flavour, stone fruit, herbal, spicy, light bitterness. Medium body, high carbonation, smooth, dry, balanced.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Citrus aroma. Summer fruit and citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and grapefruit linger with light orange.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

(On tap) Clear golden with small white head. Nice fresh pine and citrus aroma. Medium body with smooth fine carbonation. Very refreshing fruity start with nice caramel malt and some pleasant bitterness in the end. Very well balanced. Excellent.

Amber, slight haze
Aroma of fruity hops, fruity pale malt, orange, sweet tropical fruits
Taste of grapefruit zest, tropical fruit hops, nice bitter zest, solid
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, good bitter sweet balance. Finish is zesty bitter, cleans off palate
Overall - One of the best at the brewpub

Draught at Maynard’s. Crisp Amber with a medium head. Aroma is light ipa. Flavour is chalky hop, a little fruit on a dry fruity light bitter finish. Easy drinking, not over hopped.
