375ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, malty, vinous fruity, slightly herbal, minimally woody aroma, hints of honey, red wine, blue grapes, some resin, mild herbal spiciness with a touch of nettle and lemon balm, some orange peel as well. Taste is slightly dry woody, pale and slightly caramel malty with low residual sweetness, slightly herbal and vinous fruity, hints of honey, blue grapes, red wine, some oak, orange peel, a touch of lemon balm, nettle; a thin, less herbal, citrusy fruity middle layer appears in the last third. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, lots of subtleties - very nice.

Bottle sample during Gents Bierfestival '21 - shared with Tderoeck.

Sensory Session #25: almost clear copper color and a tiny white head. Herbal nose, slightly fruity sweetness, acidic, something mint. Astringent, dry finish.
