This series of herbal beers is dedicated to the seasons. Each beer stands for a particular season, so you can drink your way through the year. We used rosemary from our family garden, which lend the beer its herbaceous and woody aroma. This blend is matured on average 10 month in red wine barrels.

Ik flikker rozemarijn bij mijn gebakken aardappels niet in mijn bier, de rest van de citrus schillen zijn hier ook bij gegooid… nee sorry dit is niet mijn ding … ik waardeer de poging…

Bottle. Bit hazy amber with big beige head. Oh yeah, the rosemary is very oresent at first, but not overpowering. Then some dry oak, sweet malts, lactic sourness, floral, red wine. Finishes surprisingly fruity, not as herbal as I thought. Nice balance between sour, sweet and bitter, nothing overpowering. Solid medium bodied. This brewery can do no wrong lately.

21/VIII/21 - 75cl bottle @ Gents Bierfestival (Gent), BB: 15/II/24 (2021-897)

Clear amber to red beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: caramel notes, dried fruits, bit malty, cheesy, little dirty, spices and herbal, something weird, urinals. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, fruity, red fruits, lots of strawberries, strawberry jam, red currants, little bitter, herbal. Aftertaste: acidic finish, fruity, bit juicy, strawberry notes, nice!
