A virtual two-way collaboration with Three Hills and Carnival, this Double Cascadian Dark Ale is a celebration of coconut in its many forms. We brewed an amped up version of our bullet proof Black IPA recipe, upped the bitterness, added toasted coconut in the mash, in the FV, then as a tincture to extract all those Bountiful flavours we love so much. We dry hopped with loads of latest crop Sabro and Citra to add more creamed coconut, lime and juicy aromas.

Can from BeerHeadz Nottingham. Jet black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are malty roasted bitter to coconut sweet, and a hoppy bitter finish. Full smooth body.
