Boterham is een gebalanceerd, licht amberkleurig bier met een subtiel maar toch fruitig aroma (lychee toetsen, citrus, appel en peper) door onder meer de gist en de gebruikte hoppen. De initiële half droge aanzet evolueert in een volmondig en aangename afdronk.

@home poured into a teku glass. Brilliant deep amver colour, food frothy white head, hal-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, caramel, light overripe apples, sugar syrup. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, toffee, overripe apples, candy sugar, iron notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, peppery notes, well-made but not that special, nice.

Deep amber colour, white foam. Metallic nose, caramel, some sweetness, iron, bready. Rather unbalanced.
