You're on a graffiti run from Burnside to Hawthorne, dipping down the streets and sidewalks on your skateboard, fast as hell! You duck into your local and the bartender passes you a crisp, cold glass on this beer - a single-hopped Simcoe Double IPA. Dank, resinous and full-bodied with notes of citrus, pine, apricot and passionfruit from a huge dose of Simcoe cry hops. Bold, balanced and full of fruit character; we're hitting right in 2021.

440ml can from Farmers Bar, Puchong, Malaysia. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, piney, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a rich, piney, grassy, juicy citrus, light warm alcohol, big hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finally a DIPA where the alcohol is in the background.
