After the starter we neutralise our pallet with a bitter and citrusy West coast DIPA. Made with Cascade, Citra, Centennial, Columbus and Chinook hops.

440 ml can. Pours amber with moderate head. Aromas of doughy malts, toffee, pine, and soft orange. Flavors follow with additional juicy fruit gummies. Juicy like a hazy, but better looking.
THT. Sweet malts, mildly tropical, watery, bit of creamy milkfilm, bit distant dank onion. Moderate sweet and bitter. Not really weat coast.

Semi-hazy amber pour with a thin off-whtie head. Malt, oranges, resin, grassy hops. A half-decent west-coast dipa.

Can shared. Sweet caramel malts, fennel, grassy hops, soft orange, soft red fruits. Solid medium sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied. OK.
