Bottled, huge thank Henrik! Pitch black body, brownish small head. The aroma is, when colder, suspect, coming in with a hit of Parmiggiano. Later that turns into some soft peaty, leathery note, creamy berry notes. Taste... berries again, lovely rye-like notes, carrying into the chewy maltiness, some alcohol hits here and there again. Tasty stuff! The bitterness in the finish actually is slightly out of balance to the body - and it's a detail. 102 is too much, 62 would be just right. All in all, an excellent beer!

0.75 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko, thanks for bringing this from Prague. Dark brown to black, small to medium lasting creamy beige head. Parmesan cheese. Peat. Malts, caramel, red fruit and spice. Oak. Dry, soft, smooth. Alcohol hidden. Smoke nicely develops. Dark fruit, molasses. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Dry finish.

Black with a lasting off-white head. Roasted aroma with chocolate and dark fruit, and hints of wood, whisky (the Scottish kind) and boozy alcohol. Sweet, full bodied and very well balanced flavour, with roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, dried fruit, cherry, wood and whisky.
