PINTA Hazy Disco Auckland - Double IPA brewed with our friends from 8 Wired from New Zealand. Packed with Mosaic®, Idaho 7® and Nelson Sauvin™, using a new technique called Dip Hop. Expect lots of tropical fruits, white grapes and a nice dank aftertaste.
Recipe: PINTA & 8 Wired (New Zealand).
Ingredients: water; Pilsen barley malt; wheat malt; oat flakes; wheat flakes; rice flakes; maltodextrin; hops: kettle: Flex; whirlpool: Mosaic® Incognito, Idaho 7®; dry-hopping: Nelson Sauvin™, Idaho 7®, Idaho 7® Cryo Hops®; yeast: London Ale III.

Can. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, pineapple, kiwi, some passion fruit and mild herbal tones. Flavour is pineapple, passionfruit, some kiwi, mild oaty tones with a wee bit of alcohol sweetness too.

Aroma: Fruity Juicy hops with citrus and peach. Flavour: Fruity sweet and bitter with notes of ripe berries and peach. Aftertaste is sweet and bitter. Colour: Hazy dark yellow with a white head. From: Can @ BilligSpecialØl webshop.

Tap at BBT September 2021. Hazy yellow orange with white head. Hop centered aroma of NZ hops, dominantly Nelson Sauvin. Taste, very hop centered with bit harsh bitterness. Good, but could be less hoppy.

Can via Za rohom. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, also got a particulate, slightly harsh feeling of hops resins. Assertive oaty creaminess. Also light solventy alcohol. Not great, not terrible. Rough around the edges.

Murky yellow color with high white head. Aroma: lots of sweet papaya and passion fruit, mango, white grapes, pine. Taste: sweetish, passion fruit, papaya, mango, just a touch of yeast in aftertaste. Full bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Nice collaboration of guys from Poland and from down under. I like this Dip Hop Hip-Hop thingy :))
