Med Oceanic Haze har vi brygget en frugtig IPA med fokus på humle fra et bestemt terroir. Denne gang har vi hentet det bedste humle, vi kunne finde fra Oceanien. Nelson Sauvin (NZ), Motueka (NZ) og Galaxy (AU) giver en kompleks aroma med noter af hvidvinsdruer, fersken, tropiske frugter, citrus lime, æble og melon. Alkoholprocenten er moderat for at give plads til humlens udfoldelse. Forfriskende med en god fylde og balancerende bitterhed.

hazy yellow, bubbly head, citrus, oranges, red grapefruit in the aroma, bitter and fruity. Flavor is various kinds of citrus fruits with a bitter hoppy balance, quite flavorful. bitterness is throughout the flavor but it is a little bit off compared to the rest of the flavor profilt. aftertaste makes me think of medical supplements that has added flavor to make it easier to get them down, so end result is it did taste quite a bit artificial. starts out okaaay, not bad, but ends more like wtf is that??

Aroma: Fruity hops with malty notes. Flavour: Dry bitter fruits with citrus and tangy notes. Aftertaste is fruity bitter with grapefruits. Colour: Orange with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Bilka Tilst Feb. 2021.

Can sourced from Nemlig and drunk at home (19/02/2021) - hazy golden orange with a white head. Citrus fruity with some tangerine and grapefruit, citrus peel, sweet malty backing with a touch of caramel, medium body, piney light bitter hoppy finish. Bottle @ Brugsen, Albanigade. Fresh bottle. Pours hazy Golden with a White head. Clean and inviting nose of berries, gazoline and grapefruit. Relatively thin mouthfeel with a touch of onion ring and citrus. Short bitter finish. Harmless and quite average.
