330ml draught at Cafe Sara. Filmy layer, cloudy grey-golden body, scattered lacing. Fresh nose of pineapple, mid-sweet. Blend of berry-fruits to the taste buds, hints of grapefruit, strawberries and pineapple. Bittersweet ending. Foamy in the mouth. Satisfying and quite alright with the salad dish. (Oslo 04.07.2021).
