A keg exclusive IPA made using a fine crush of extra pale malt and oats, it’s soft, smooth and loaded with Talus, Citra and Mosaic. We started the beer with our Into the Merzbau recipe and built from there. More oats, a tweak in the water profiling as well as finishing the dry hop with Citra and Mosaic it’s a bounty of coconut cream, lime, succulent pineapple and juicy orange that swirl into a laid back delight of tropical punch.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of pineapple, coconut. Taste is very juicy, pineapple, mango, coconut, zesty lemon and lime, grapefruit peel. Medium bodied. Perhaps a tad over-carbed but a very decent NEIPA especially for supermarkets.

200ml draught at Mad Goat Taproom. Covering white head, upper part lacing on the glass, opaque orange-gold body. Restrained smell of ripe fruit and bread-like malts. Fresh hop fruity taste, moments of mango, lemon, and juicy oats. Bittersweet tail. Medium bodied. Pretty alright, without being great in anyway. (Oslo 02.07.2021).
