After three months and 37 different experiments, this stout has what we consider to be the perfect ratio of peanut butter, lactose and biscuit. A hit of roasted peanut on the nose, followed by a sweet Crunch as it goes down.

[33cl can from Beer52] A glossy opaque peaty brown pour with a thin beige head; aroma of chocolate and peanut butter; taste of chocolate syrup and claggy peanut butter. Not my kind of thing.

Rocky light brown head left a froth on a dark oak coloured body. Peanut butter, malt & lactose aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a lively back & clean aft. Peanut butter, lactose, brown sugar, sweet citrus & lightly hopped tastes with a long tangy finish. Interesting

330ml can. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, big peanut butter and walnuts. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet, with a smooth, rich, slightly oily, liqourice, nutty, peanut butter, lactose palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Kindly shared by ratebeer friends at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, KegStar Bar. Fawn-coloured head, lacing rings and a shinny black body. Biscuit and nuts on the nose, attractive. Nutty cocoa flavours. Mid-sweet, drying end, lightly roasted. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (Third day of the festival, 24.01.2020).

Black with thin soapy head. Aroma and flavour have some burnt malts. Well balanced and easy to drink. Plenty of flavour.
