Les bières de la lignée des Wildcornes sont nées de la pureté de l’eau et de la puissance du feu. Fruit de la rencontre entre les houblons Mistral et Citra, SLASH IPA a hérité de leur puissance aromatique. Sa robe blonde dorée révèle un bouquet fruité intense suivi d’une herbacée discrète. Son amertume franche mais élégante s’accompagne de vives notes d’agrumes et de fruits exotiques. Chez cette Wildcorne, c’est tout le caractère

Best before 12/24, finding this can at the denner, Epalinges. Drinking this beer, yesterday, at the end of the afternoon, Epalinges, better than the stout version, not great but it makes the job, sweet, smooth, light resinous note, hop and bitter.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

Can 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Muted fruity, citrusy note. Medium body, lightly sweet fruitiness, slightly tart and slightly bitter. 111224

Canned 500ml. -from E.Leclerc Ljubljana. Golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, citrus and light caramel nose. Malty, candy, herbal, light citrusy and rather sweet finish. Not unpleasant but sweet.

500ml can pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice citrus hops some grassy grain notes. Taste is more of the nice light citrus some grain and a little metallic note.

Can, small stable creamy head, light hazy deepish yellow colour, metal, fruit, medium herbal bitterness. Nice, nothing special.

0,5l can from E.Leclerc LANGRES, France. F: medium, white, average retention. C: pale gold, clear. A: citrus, bit caramel, orange, bit herbal. T: medium malty base, orange, herbal, vaguely tropical fruits, bit herbal, dry on the palate, long lasting bit harsh bitterness, soft carbonation, ok, drinkable.

A small taste from wiosna (tap) @ Brasserie Madeleine. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is slightly fruity malts. Flavor is slightly fruity malts with some hops. Decent.

(Tap) Coear golden with good white head. Nice aroma with tangy fruit and pepper notes. Medium body with good carbonation. Taste has nice balance of biscuit malt and hoppy bitterness with a good bitter finish. Very drinkable.
