F: big, egg-white, good retention.
C: gold, hazy.
A: malty, banana, biscuits, spicy, bready.
T: medium malty base, banana, bready, bit spicy, toast, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, not so for the style, drinkable.

Bouteille (merci Stèphane!): Golden, hazy, small und stable white foamy layer, dryish fruity-yeaty nose with sweet wheat underneath;; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, not too light bodied, pretty soft; slightly lingering sweetish-sourish fruity-yeasty finish. Pas une mauvaise bière…

Neutral mild beginning. Grain, sweetish yeast. Mild fruity with a neutral sweetish watery finish.

Bottle from E.Leclerc Geispolsheim. Cloudy golden yellow, extremely stable, creamy white head. Yeasty and wheaty, slightly dusty, with shy hints of banana. Smooth palate. A decent example of the style.
