Can. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and light since aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with spice. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with spice and light backing malt.

Deep golden color. Candied peaches, lemon and citrus notes with nice crackery malt character in the nose. Medium body. Off dry. Biting bitterness. Decent depth. Classic WCIPA

On tap at Smog City Taproom - Torrance, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is more subdued, with earthy hops, some pine and oiliness. Flavour is piney and gently dank, with piney hops, a little resins, and biscuity malt. Dank, oily finish, with modest bitterness.
