Citra and Galaxy are two of our favourite hops - together they provide a yin and yang of pungent tropical and citrus hop character. We used 40% Citra Cryo over the two later dry hop additions - cryogenically processed Citra flowers full of aromatic hop oils with half of the regular green hop material.

Blik 44cl thuis. Vrij zoet, wat muf, mango, bittertonen, hoppig, citrus, wat mandarijn, licht juicy, fruitig, redelijk volle smaak, zacht. (29-1-2022).

44 cl. can hsared with Hilde @ home, bought @ Kulenborgse Bierhandel. Dutch brewery #451.
Hazy dark golden with a thin white head. Pineapple and citrus aroma with some mango as well. Sweet taste with a low-bitter finish. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Excellent NEDIPA.

Bright hazy golden pour witha thin off-white head. Pineapple, gooseberries, lime, melon, unripe tropical fruit, unripe stone fruit. Actually pretty damn good - bitter-sweet and with a bit of fresh fruit tartness.
